Mind Body and Spirit shop Precious Cargo in Brampton now has a website http://www.precious-cargo.co.uk/ I've built this website for the owner, we plan to show when she has planned events on or special offers. She is also planning on setting up on eBay and can order items in for you!

Yeah I've just added the counter ^^ thanks for visiting, I've made the site for free as I think the shop is a real gem, I just love going in and having a chat with the owner but she really needs some support, spread the word and let people know that this shop is here! Events and information on workshops and such will be added soon.

I usually go in for the Hopi ear candles, but end up buying more LOL
Which reminds me, need to get some more (sorry, pardon? Can't hear a thing...)

They're great (Tony the Tiger moment) - you gently screw one in your ear, lie down (ear upwards), get someone to light it (as you can't see the end lol) and let it burn to the red line whilst having chilled music on. The ear candle then pulls all the wax and ick out and, for me anyways, seriously improves my hearing for about 2 months (bit mutton in the right ear). Remember to have a cup of water nearby, 'cos you can't blow them out.

oh, and the someone who lights it also has to tell you when you're at the red line you can see all the gunk it pulls out, all clogged inside the candle
